A commitment to innovation and sustainability

I’m an educational leader, entrepreneur, and scholar focused on helping institutions expand their reach, strengthen their mission, and build a sustainable future.

As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Northern Seminary, I contribute to institutional strategy, innovation, and sustainability. My experience includes academic leadership, program development, accreditation, and the creation of new educational and organizational models.

I also founded Seminary Now, a digital learning platform with more than 100 theological courses developed in partnership with seminaries, publishers, churches, and Christian organizations. Building Seminary Now has brought together my interests in education, product development, technology, marketing, and business strategy—creating new ways to connect theological scholarship with the people and communities it serves.

Alongside my leadership work, I teach and write in biblical studies. I hold a PhD from Wheaton College and am the author of Ezekiel and the World of Deuteronomy.
